Coaching involves paying close attention to our clients emotions perhaps even your altered moods, feelings, thoughts and actions. Please be aware, in no way is it our intention to berate you, place judgment, and or upset you.
It is important to develop and maintain a fully open, honest, real and trusting communication styles.
I am a coach, not a psychotherapist.
During the time we spend together, in our coaching sessions, I will devote my time, thoughts and energy to you, exclusively. In between our sessions, I may not be instantly available, as I may be attending to others.
As your coach, I will offer strategies and or concepts to address modes of blockage in the way of your growth and success. Please be prepared to be challenged, which would allow you to broaden your thought process. I may recommend self-help resources for your reading pleasures. It is your financial responsibility to acquire such resources, unless otherwise stated. You may be given assignments and writing exercises with the expectation of being ready to discuss it upon the next scheduled coaching session.
Coaching is a process. The timeframe of discovery various from one coaching session to another, depending on how much time is needed to achieve the desired positive outcome.
Change comes from within. Changing poor habits are generally created and cultivated from 21 to 90 days. Therefore, I recommend that you expect our coaching relationship to blossom over a 4 to 6 month period.
